  • Ntirety Corporation: Emil led the merger of Hostway and Hosting to form Ntirety, a $100+ million revenue entity. As CEO, he transformed the company into a differentiated Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) with very strong double-digit growth. Under his leadership, Ntirety rebranded, integrated operations in nine months, and achieved significant synergies and growth in managed services. cybersecurity, and AI-enablement services.

  • Hostway Inc.: Recruited by private equity firm to be the CEO, Emil turned around Hostway by improving both EBITDA and valuation within two years. He led the refinancing of a $100+ million debt facility and completed four M&A transactions. His strategic focus on high-value compliant MSP segments positioned Hostway for sustained growth and profitability.

  • Codero Inc.: As CEO, Emil rapidly transformed Codero into a profitable company with a leading industry EBITDA. He tripled the company’s value in three and half years, resulting in a successful sale at a leading EBITDA multiple. He built a stellar executive team, developed a differentiation strategy around on-demand hybrid cloud hosting, and expanded the company’s data center footprint.

  • Rackspace Hosting: Emil spearheaded the Cloud Division at Rackspace, growing it to $100 million in revenue with over 100% YoY growth in just two years. He played a pivotal role in making Rackspace the #2 Public Cloud Computing provider and conceived of OpenStack, the first public and private cloud open-source operating system, revolutionizing the cloud industry.

  • Hewlett-Packard: Emil was recruited to spearhead HP's Cloud Computing initiatives. He oversaw all aspects of marketing, product management, customer support, sales, and business development for HP's nascent Public Cloud Services Business Unit. He successfully added over a thousand marquee customers in less than 18 months, including many from the Fortune 500.

  • Dell: At Dell, Emil led the product function for a multi-billion IT Services business, which became the company's top profit contributor. He achieved a 33% CAGR over four years, launched highly profitable services, and spearheaded Dell’s entry into the China market. His leadership significantly enhanced Dell’s global services strategy and market position.

  • RLX Technologies: As Director of Product Management & Marketing at this innovative start-up, Emil led the definition and marketing launch of the award-winning RLX ServerBlade, the industry’s first enterprise-class server blade product. His strategic leadership helped RLX become the #1 in Blade Market Share.
